Laredo police were investigating the ninth homicide of the year Tuesday evening after finding a bullet-ridden man in south Laredo. The unidentified man, in his early 20s, was found in the driver's seat of a late-model Mazda 626, which wrecked into the back of a parked car in the 1000 block of South Canada Avenue.
